Minimum Requirements:

In order to be eligible for employment at Seal-Tight Protective Services security officer candidates must meet the following standards:

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid PERC card
• Must be 18 years of age or over
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass full background check and employment verification
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Must maintain a working cell phone at all times
• Must maintain professional appearance at all times
• Must have high school diploma and/or GED (General Equivalency Diploma)
• Must be able to follow rules as well as company policies and procedures
• Must have strong communication and written skills
• Must be mentally and physically fit to perform duties security duties
• Must be able to interact professionally with clients and the public
• Must demonstrate good moral character, honesty and personal integrity
